A birthdaygift for my friend


This pincushion is my birthdaygift for my friend, stitched on 28 count linnen. The design is a part of the Garden Pleasure chart. I have changed the colours a little bit, because my friend likes pink. Van harte means happy birthday.

    I thought van harte meant 'from the heart'. Have I been using it wrong all these years?
